1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing an eSIM, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BeavereSIM provides:

Digital eSIM data plans for mobile devices
International data roaming services
eSIM management through our mobile app and website
Customer support services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
Have an eSIM-compatible device
Provide accurate account information
Have a valid payment method

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Keeping your contact information up to date

5. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
Payment is required at the time of purchase
We accept major credit cards via Stripe
All purchases are subject to our refund policy

6. Refund Policy

Before Activation: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase

After Activation: No refund available (service has been delivered)

Technical Issues: Pro-rated refund if service is unusable due to our fault

7. eSIM Activation and Usage

eSIMs must be activated within 30 days of purchase
Validity period begins upon activation, not purchase
Each eSIM can only be installed on one device
Data allowance is non-transferable between eSIMs
Unused data does not roll over after expiration

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use our service for illegal activities
Resell or redistribute our eSIM services
Attempt to bypass usage limitations
Interfere with our network or systems
Share your eSIM credentials with others

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Network availability depends on local carrier partners and may vary by location. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAVERESIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Service interruptions caused by third parties
Issues with carrier network coverage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by BeavereSIM or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Fail to pay for services
Abuse our support systems

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
